Complete and detach the return form from your order receipt you received with your shipment and include with your return to ensure proper credit. Fill in the quantity and the reason code. If you received the item(s) as a gift, please also complete the fields related to gift orders. If you have discarded your return form, please click here to download a copy.
If exchanging items, simply indicate the items for exchange on the return form and we will ship the replacement items or any additional purchase with no shipping charge (oversize charges may apply).

Merchandise credit: Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returns and any taxes you were charged (excluding original shipping charges), less the cost of the SmartLabel return charge, if you choose this option. Credit card adjustments should appear within 2 billing cycles.

U.S. Mail is our primary shipper but BlossomBerry may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will ship via U.S. Mail. FedEx Service
As an alternative shipping method, FedEx Ground delivery is available for an additional $5.00 added to standard delivery charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for FedEx Ground delivery.

FedEx 2 Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays).

**FedEx 2 day shipping for orders over 10 lbs. may require additional shipping charges. Some items cannot be shipped via Fed Ex 2 Day service.

Sales Tax
Orders placed online that are shipped to California will be charged sales tax. Phone, fax and mail orders sent to California must also charge appropriate state sales tax. Payment Information

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards via paypal. We also accept Checks and Money Orders by mail only.

When using a debit card, your bank may remove or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to 5 business days. BlossomBerry, does not collect payment until the order has shipped from our fulfillment center.

Organic Cotton Terry Fabric Care

We do not use chemicals on our cotton, which leaves the cotton fibers' natural wax coating intact. We recommend washing our organic towels and bathrobes in hot water before use to improve absorbancy.
